Is there value in a graduate certificate or diploma? Sometimes, many students ask themselves this question also many students wish to further their study after graduation but are wary of the benefits. Here are five (5) reasons to help decide where postgraduate study could lead you.

Once completed, a credit average in the Graduate Certificate in Economics is considered for admission to the Master of Economics in addition to other selection criteria for this course.

Building on from the graduate certificate, a graduate diploma will provide you the additional units needed to expand or deepen your knowledge in your chosen study area. As a guide, a graduate diploma is typically one year of full-time study. This is equivalent to what would constitute a major at the undergraduate level.
